Things you should know:
You can reserve by emailing (bayside@orcas1.com) or call us at 360-376-4330 to make your reservation and get additional information. We will help you find the rental best suited to your needs and respond with a reservation quote that you can use to confirm your booking.
When you reserve we will email you a confirmation which includes the rental terms and conditions along with directions on how to find us when you arrive on Orcas Island. Please carefully review your confirmation to make sure that it is correct and email back with either your acceptance of the terms and conditions of your confirmation or any changes you need to make. It is you responsibility to notify us if you do not receive an email confirmation from us within 48 hours after making your reservation or if the dates reserved or other terms of your confirmation are incorrect.
We require a 50% deposit at the time you make a reservation. This amount will be posted to the credit card you provide at the same time we email your confirmation. The balance due is payable when you arrive for your stay. We will post the balance due to the same credit card that you provided with your reservation unless we receive other instructions from you with a different form of payment.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits for reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance (60 days for groups renting multiple units or reservations of two weeks or longer) will be refunded minus a minimum $100 cancellation charge per unit in all cases. For cancellations within 30 days of the reservation (or within 60 days for multi-unit groups or longer stays), the 50% deposit is forfeited.
We accept personal checks, Visa & MasterCard.
Pets are allowed outside of the unit only by special advance arrangement in writing. No pets are allowed inside any of our rental units.
No smoking or burning of candles or incense is allowed inside any of our rental units.

Rates quoted are for a minimum four night stay. We require a four to six night minimum stay depending on the time of year. For questions about exceptions to this policy please call us directly at 360-376-4330.
Washington State Sales and Lodging Tax are not included in the rates quoted below and ill be added when you receive your confirmation.
