There is a four night minimum stay required between October and May and a six night minimum stay required between June and the end of September.

Chinook Studios #1-4 $165 per night plus 10.4%tax.

Wisteria Cottage $325 per night plus 10.4% tax.

Barn Loft $295 per night plus 10.4% tax.

Bayside Cottage $345 per night plus 10.4% tax.

Beach House $525 per night plus 10.4% tax.

Cypress & Lummi Cottages $295 per night plus 10.4% tax.

Madrona House $675 per night plus 10.4% tax

Mount Baker Suite $345per night plus 10.4% tax.

Plum Tree House $495 per night plus 10.4% tax.

Lower Barn Apartment (monthly only) $3900 per month
